Working with you was AWESOME. You were so patient as we traveled around eight different communities looking for an affordable home for our daughter and her fiancé. We always felt you were looking out for her as if she was your own daughter. You were very quick to point out which homes really were not a good fit even when my daughter was "sure" that was the home she had to have. Your knowledge of the northern half of Illinois (I felt like we covered most of it!!!) led them to the the home of their dreams on a newlyweds budget! They love it.

In the Spring of 2004, when I was thinking of selling my home in Crystal Lake, Mary Stratton was just starting out in the real estate business. She'd mentioned to me that she'd be interested in helping me in my venture. Once I'd decided what I wanted to do, I spoke with Mary and from there on it was a relatively painless experience (there are always a few glitches in selling or buying a home, and I was doing both).

She was patient with both me and my elderly mother, while we prepared our home to be sold and looked for a condo in the Northwest suburbs. affordable, clean and comfortable place for my mother to move where I
knew I had made a solid investment.
To this day, my mom asks about how Mary is doing and wishes her well.

She went far and above her job to make sure our wishes were met with the closing of our new house. Mary provided us with information about the area and needed contact information for utility.
